My name is Kelly and my wife's name is Grace, We have two son's and  we live here in Riverside California and just to give you a little background about us, In 2008 we last our home in foreclosure and three rental homes that we had due to the real estate crash, it also lead us to Bankruptcy, needless to say our credit took a nosedive. We even paid an Attorney $7,000 to help us to modify our main home but he only took our money!. so we found in a situation, a bad one, I was just laid off from work, we just had a newborn baby, and we had no place to go because our credit was wiped out. 

I'll never forget what a failure i felt as a provider to my family.

This was the beginning of my research to make sure it wouldn't happen to us again and others, 

I studied different real estate techniques and even got my real estate license but in the long run my hard work paid off because i found systems to be able to save homeowners from losing their homes and good credit plus it also helped those who wanted a home buy weren't quite ready credit wise to qualify for one, therefore creating a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Today I like to pride ourselves for not being another "WE Buy Houses" guys. 

Because the mostly buy homes 30% below market value whereas we can pay full market value plus we can also lease to purchase the home until the equity returns then buy it, Also we can just take over the burdensome mortgage payments. Basically  we use creative terms to buy any house. 

I like to think of us as Transaction Engineers.
